Why your back is hurting early into the golf season… 🤔

Most people go from rotating a few times a week to hitting 100+ balls at the range and walking 18 holes. Your body hasn’t built tolerance yet. Going from zero rounds to 3 rounds in a week plus range sessions? Your tissues hate sudden spikes in workload.

If this sounds like you, try this instead:
⛳ Start with 9 holes
⛳ Shorter range sessions with breaks every 10 balls
⛳ 5-10 minutes of hip, back, and shoulder mobility before you play
⛳ Start by swinging at 50% effort and work your way up

Most teams guess. We test 👊. This is Testing Day with the WMHA U16 AAA team 🐺

We’re looking forward to another season working alongside the WMHA organization — providing teams with baseline and final performance testing, structured team training sessions, and full access to our training app.
