What a time we had! Great to be part of “Blue Bully” trail race with local legends and a few others just before thanksgiving. Collaborating and training through the summer kept us ready to tackle a bit of a mystery course, with close to 1600m of climbing. Check out if you’re looking for a way to prep for your next challenge. Click the link in our bio for schedule availability, and see how we can help you stay in peak form, or recover from your adventures!

Looking for weekend availability to see an Osteopathic Practitioner? would love to help you out! Starting September, Meredith will be in the clinic on Saturdays. Get yourself set up in her schedule by following the link in our bio. She is seeing new patients, paediatrics (6-16), as well as those who are looking for a tune up from all their summer fun!

If you are booking your first OSTEOPATHY appointment, please ensure that you select the INITIAL APPOINTMENT OPTION. This allows your practitioner adequate time for both assessment and treatment during the appointment.
