You’re allowed to make business decisions based on what works for you—not what you think your clients would prefer.

How many decisions have you made in your business based on what you think your clients want?

❌You work every evening because you think they won’t come during the day.

❌You keep offering a treatment you no longer enjoy because you think they’ll be upset if you stop.

❌You avoid changing a policy because you think someone might complain.

But have your clients actually told you that? Or are you making decisions based on a reaction that hasn’t happened?

Your practice needs to serve your clients, but it also needs to work for you.

Make the change. Communicate it clearly. Then give your clients the chance to decide for themselves.
