🌿Hey everyone! So I am currently purging. Over the years as a small business I have accumulated so many items that simply just take up space in my home.

This year I have also decided to scale back on Huron Earth to give priority to other projects in my life. Before anyone panics you will still find me at the Stratford Sunday Market and you can always reach out for products. I will also hopefully get around to hosting a few workshops this summer.

I have sooo many items for sale. If they are not sold before hand I may just end up doing a full studio yard sale.

These are great items for anyone getting into herbalism, starting their own holistic business or simply want to make their own wellness products at home. You could easily start an entire business with just these products.

I will list what the items currently retail for, however, each item will just be at a "make an offer" price.

If anyone is interested in the entire lot, please reach out so we can figure something out :)

Yes I am still here! I have emerged from a long + much needed hibernation.

🌹Here are some photos of the beautiful Southernwood and dried roses (from the fall) that I distilled into some lush hydrosols just in time for the market tomorrow. Swipe to the end to see a video of Luna patrolling the garden 🐾

I will be slowly updating stock on the website, but please reach out if you are looking for anything in particular as we are now fully stocked for the season 🌿

I WILL have plants tomorrow. However, we have some major projects going on this year so
I have significantly scaled back on my plant offerings this season. So that being said- I wouldn't delay in getting your medicinal plants just due to a lower stock this year. I don't have a complete list yet as more things are slowly growing, but come check us out at the Stratford Sunday Market tomorrow to see our selection 🌱🌱

🌼A little delayed post- but we harvested all of our St. John's Wort last month + are currently solar infusing, as well as making a custom blend🌿

The St. John's Wort was abundant this year, however, so were the Chrysolina (St. John's Wort beetles) that truthfully can only be managed by manually removing them. Can't risk hurting the beautiful bees + butterflies with DE. We barely got any St. John's Wort last year because of these beetles.

I made the mistake of offering my 2 girls 10 cents a beetle, thinking I only saw about 40 on the plants. Only to discover that within 15 minutes the girls had collected almost 300 😳😳. This went on for about 5 days until the plants were ready to be harvested. So clearly a new price had to be negotiated for the following days 😆🙃
I guess I must not be good at those "guess how many jelly beans are in the jar" games 🤣🤣

✨️Our next speaker highlight is Cara Gwizd 🌸

🌿Cara is the owner of the Herb Filled Homestead in Ilderton, Ontario. She is an Herbalist, Midwife + currently a Naturopathic student. She was so well received last year that we decided to bring her back!!

Cara’s childhood landscape was one composed of the plant allies + herbal traditions that had accompanied her great-grandmother, a member of the Polish diaspora, on her passage to Canada. It was this foundational knowledge in botanical medicines + a passion for women’s health that led her to training/working as both a modern + traditional midwife in the United States and Guatemala. After stepping away from midwifery, it was her study of traditional herbalism that compelled her to complete an undergraduate degree in health sciences + psychology at Queen's University. Cara is currently a naturopathic medical student at CCNM. Her private practice focuses on healing the stored + residual trauma that physically manifests within the body, with a special emphasis on holistic well-woman care. When not serving others, or expanding her knowledge, Cara tends to both her family + her small-scale herb farm, in Southwestern, Ontario.

💗Cara is always a returning favourite, showering us with her wealth of knowledge and contagious smile 😊
