This is one of Julia’s favourite exercises for building stronger glutes. Your glute muscle plays a huge role in supporting your lower back, hips and knees - whether you’re walking, running, lifting, or just getting up from a chair. When they’re working well, your whole body moves better. Julia often recommends this exercise to patients to help improve strength and stability in a safe and effective way.
