✨ Meet the Face Behind Harmonic Egg Kitchener-Waterloo ✨

Hi, I’m Justyna, owner and Egg Guardian at Harmonic Egg Kitchener-Waterloo.

I thought it was time to introduce myself and share a little bit about the person behind the Harmonic Egg.

Like many people, I’ve experienced stress, overwhelm, and the feeling that life moves so fast that we rarely take time for ourselves. That’s one of the reasons I fell in love with the Harmonic Egg and decided to bring it to the Waterloo Region.

My goal is to provide a peaceful space where people can step away from the demands of everyday life, relax, recharge, and simply be.

When I’m not at the studio, you’ll usually find me in my garden, spending time outdoors, cheering on my daughter from the sidelines at volleyball and tennis matches, or at home with my beloved dog Brandy and our three cats.

Family is at the heart of everything I do. I am blessed to share my life with an amazing partner, my two wonderful children, and my three incredible stepchildren. They are my greatest source of love, strength, and motivation, and they have supported me throughout this journey of building Harmonic Egg Kitchener-Waterloo.

Opening this business has been one of the biggest challenges of my life, but also one of the most meaningful. Every person who walks through my door has a story, and I feel honoured to be part of their wellness journey.
