What do nutrition and chiropractic care have in common? Both can help you manage or reduce inflammation and pain associated with arthritis and other spine, muscle or joint injuries/conditions.

March is Nutrition Month. It’s the perfect time to begin making life-changing dietary and health choices. Eating a healthy diet is part of living a healthy lifestyle. Make an appointment with a registered dietitian or a nutritionist to customize your diet and minimize foods that may be contributing to inflammation. And consider adding a chiropractor to your care team. Chiropractors are spine, muscle and joint and related nervous system specialists who provide manual therapy, exercises and advice that may further reduce inflammation in your body.
