Fruitful Womb Doula Services

Fruitful Womb Doula Services Birth, Postpartum, Fertility, Menopause Doula. Women's Health Coach, Yoni Steaming Facilitator - located in Watson Saskatchewan. Hi there, my name is Elisabeth!

Book your FREE Clarity Call for more support! I am a Wide Spectrum Doula! My Why:
I learned about doula work from a friend a few years ago and it spoke to my soul. My dream is making sure all birthing people feel safe and honored during all stages of pregnancy, labour and birth and to involve the partner and support them through this incredible, life changing process. I love people and building re

lationships and I knew I wanted a job where I worked with people. As a doula I strive to support families through their journey through birth and as they enter parenthood. My goal is to make the transition into parenthood easier for all members of the family. I have the passion for serving and empowering women and their families during the beautiful season of transition and the growth that birth brings. As I learn about families and their struggles, I want to help families at different stages as well as surrogacy and adoption. More About Me:
I am the oldest of four children in my family and grew up loving everything babies! I was so fortunate to find my dream early in life. In my spare time, I love to volunteer, spend time with my family, and plan things out, I also love teaching, so my dream is to get my childbirth educator course.

I was recently asked... what is a doula?

I thought I'd remind everyone - especially because I am such a diverse one. Doulas primarily follow three pillars around SUPPORT. Educational, Physical, and emotional. There are different parts of your life where a doula might be needed.

Fertility, postpartum, menopause, birth, death, different operations in women's health.
I cover A HUGE scope of those ( I am just not a death doula, I only help with infant loss)

People often mix us up with midwives (those are great people but they take blood, deliver babies, pap smears and more... so no I don't do that)!

I do all the cool and fun things - like cook for people, hold their hand when they really want to punch someone, grab things, shower them in love, and hold them through lots of HUGE feelings, I am always a call or a text away, and if you added up all the hours ummm... yeah no we are cheap when all said and done!

And the layers for each one is endless (I could literally go on forever, but I don't got time, you don't got time) - which I'd love to breakdown if you'd like but it's time to get me on your calendar. (Like seriously, why haven't you yet?)

I'm a girl's gal and I also have availability this fall and next year throughout Saskatchewan and virtually! So DM me to book your free call (yes free, no strings, if not let's just meet someone new right?)

So what other questions do you got about me?

We just finished Day #2 of our detox and yesterday was not hot.

Thankfully it was just hearing in a tunnel and lightheaded feeling but I survived it.

Truthfully one of the hardest things I've ever done.

Today we had apple cinnamon oats, cauliflower soup, apple raspberry watermelon juice, and for dinner the same burger bean patty, sweet potato, zucchini and potatoes.

Would you start a detox? Let me know in the comments below.

Sometimes our health requires something a little drastic and that is a detox.

I'm not allowed gluten, sugar, processed foods, oil, caffeine, meat or fish, dairy or eggs, and cheese and certain nuts and seeds.

I've been working hard today with a banana, cacao, and salt breakfast, chickpea salad, watermelon, apple lemon juice and a brown bean patty, potatoes and cabbage.

Have you ever done a detox before? Let me know in the comments below!

It Takes a Villageโ€ฆ But Where Is Mine?

It takes a Village to Raise a Child - but where is mine? This is where The Village Mamas comes giving some of their ideas on how they support families in the community of Regina, Moose Jaw, Saskatoon and more.I was so excited getting to interview them as they really had powerful ideas.Village Mamas YQR, led by Desire Radwanski, Jenna Hehn and Kate Sutherland, is a women-owned social enterprise reimagining how families are supported in Regina. Founded three years ago by Jenna, Kate, and Desire, the business was created in response to a clear gap: mothers needed practical, flexible support that reflected their real lives, not one-size-fits-all solutions. Village Mamas offers wraparound services that ease the mental load of motherhood while allowing families to define their own needs. Within six months of opening, the founders launched a sister non-profit to ensure supports were accessible to families facing financial barriers through self-determined eligibility. Together, the business and non-profit have supported dozens of families, created meaningful employment for mothers, and built a culture where asking for help is welcomed and normalized.
