This Mother’s Day, I’d love to gift one deserving mom a completely free breast thermography scan. No catch — simply my way of giving back.

As a mom myself, I understand how easy it is to put everyone else first. The kids, the schedules, the appointments, the endless to-do lists… and somewhere along the way, we forget to take care of ourselves. I also know there are moms out there who truly need something like this, but would never choose to spend the money on themselves.

The immune changes of perimenopause no one talks about...
Most women enter perimenopause expecting hot flashes, cycle changes, or mood swings.

What many do not expect is the feeling that their entire body has become more reactive.

Sleep gets worse. Inflammation feels higher. Recovery slows. Old symptoms flare. New ones appear. Digestion shifts. Breast tenderness may increase. Joint discomfort, headaches, sinus issues, skin changes, or unexplained fatigue may become harder to ignore.

For many women, this is confusing because symptoms often show up in different areas of the body at the same time.

But perimenopause is not only a hormone transition.

It can also affect immune activity, inflammation, circulation, lymphatic flow, gut balance, stress response, and tissue sensitivity. As estrogen and progesterone fluctuate, the body may become more vulnerable to patterns that were already developing beneath the surface.

That is one reason full body thermography can be so useful during this stage of life.

Thermography is a non-invasive imaging tool that looks at heat patterns in the body. It does not diagnose disease, but it can help identify areas of increased thermal activity, inflammation, vascular changes, lymphatic congestion, or physiological stress.
