🌿💜 CLAIRSENTIENCE — THE SACRED ART OF FEELING 💜🌿
What if your sensitivity isn’t a weakness… but a language?
Clairsentience translates as “clear feeling.” Within spiritual and magical traditions, it describes an intuitive experience of sensing emotions, energies, atmospheres, or subtle impressions through the body and heart.
You may walk into a room and immediately sense that something feels different.
You may feel another person’s emotions before they speak.
You may experience warmth, tingling, heaviness, chills, or a deep knowing in your body.
For the witch, the body can become an instrument of awareness. 🌙
But being sensitive also means learning discernment.
Not every feeling belongs to you.
This is where the path of the witch and healer becomes intertwined.

The traditional image of the witch is not simply someone who practices spells.
The witch is the listener.
The herbalist.
The keeper of plant wisdom.
The reader of energy.

🌎 EARTH & SPIRIT HEALING RITUAL
Create a quiet sacred space. Place a candle, a crystal such as clear quartz, amethyst or smoky quartz, and a small bowl of herbs such as rosemary, lavender or sage.
Close your eyes and take several slow breaths.
Place your hands over your heart and say:
“Earth beneath me, Spirit within me,
Roots hold me, breath guide me.
