Wembley Pharmacy (just 15 min from GP!) is hiring 2–3 part-time pharmacists — and here’s the big news: as of Dec 31, 2025, pharmacists working in eligible rural communities like Wembley may qualify for up to $60,000 in Canada Student Loan forgiveness over 5 years. ✨ The details:
📅 Choose 1–3 shifts/week (Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays)
⏰ 10-hour shifts, 9 AM – 7 PM
💰 $65/hour
🏥 Full-scope practice — prescribing, injections, chronic disease management providing access to care and preventing long lines at Emergency Department

👥 You won’t be on your own. You’ll work alongside a seasoned Pharmacy Technicians, and a Pharmacy Assistant — a supportive team that cares ❤️ this community inside and out.

🤖 Modern tools, rural setting. We run state-of-the-art prescription counting and confirmation robotics alongside TELUS Health Kroll pharmacy management — so you spend your time on patients, not counting trays.

Keep your Grande Prairie job. Add a Wembley shift. Watch your student loan shrink. Even ONE shift a week can clear the program’s 400-hour annual minimum — and we’ll help you structure your schedule to protect your eligibility.

You’ll need: ACP licence in good standing + Additional Prescribing Authority (APA). Graduates of Canadian pharmacy programs — new grads welcome! 🙌

Did You Know? Many women who thought they were just experiencing burnout, stress, or "normal aging" are actually discovering they've had ADHD all along.

Recent research shows a fascinating trend: more women than ever are being diagnosed with ADHD in their 30s, 40s, and 50s!
Here's what you should know:

Hormones Matter: Estrogen levels affect dopamine in the brain, which plays a key role in ADHD. During perimenopause, when estrogen drops, many women notice their ADHD symptoms become more pronounced.

Different Symptoms: Women often present with inattentive-type ADHD (daydreaming, forgetfulness, difficulty focusing) rather than the hyperactive type more commonly seen in men.

High Achievers: Many successful women have developed coping mechanisms that work for years until life changes (like having children or entering perimenopause) make those strategies less effective.

It's Never Too Late: Getting diagnosed later in life can be incredibly validating and help women understand themselves better.
