We are excited to announce that our new Nurse Practitioner will be joining our clinic on November 2nd, and we are now accepting new patients!

To inquire about becoming a patient, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

- Your name
- How many applications you will need

Once we receive your email, our team will be in contact with the next steps!

The Wembley Medical Clinic will be closed tomorrow, September 30th, for National Truth & Reconciliation Day. The clinic will be open for regular hours again on Thursday October 1st.

At this time, we have reached capacity for new patient applications for our incoming Nurse Practitioner. We are so grateful for everyone who took the time to inquire

Our team is currently reviewing submitted applications and intake packages. If you have already emailed us, please be patient as we work through responses.

Any new emails received moving forward will be added to our waitlist for future openings and provider availability

We are excited to announce that we have a new Nurse Practitioner who will be joining our clinic starting June 22nd, and we are now accepting applications for new patients.

To apply, please email our clinic with:
• Your full name
• Phone number
• Briefly who is applying (yourself, child, family members, etc.)

Once we receive your email, our clinic will send an intake package that must be completed for each person applying to become a patient.

TEMPORARY CLINIC CLOSURE:

Hi everyone!

On behalf of our Nurse Practitioners, we wanted to let patients know that the clinic will be closed starting this afternoon (May 27) through Monday, June 1 while the team attends a staff development event. 😊

This is a great opportunity for continued learning and professional growth, and we’re excited to bring that knowledge back to better support our patients and community. 💙
