With all the fire’s, stress and smoke many are living with these days😔 I wanted to share abit about George’s Aloe Vera (available at health food store’s).

I learned about this product and it’s use’s on various condition’s from a remarkable Indigenous/Icelandic Healer that I mentored with for for years (RIP🙏) Who
was also an incredibly accurate muscle tester. Often challenged against machine’s by skeptics.

He had tested & shared how gentle and effective it’s use is on the above ⬆️
As well as for baby/child/youth constipation, asthma, stomach ulcer’s (adults on the latter, due sugary diet’s, stress etc… creating high acidity).

Easy to administer to children, having no taste,
colour or texture. But yet super effective, cold pressed & enzymes intact.
Best taken straight as oppose to mixing in food or drink, like water✔️💧

Do your research and check contraindication’s.
If I could I’d hand some out to every Firefighter interested and administer to the animals fleeing, breathing, but can’t escape the present air (lack of) quality.
In the meantime, Im leaving out water and seeds.
We do what we can, support one another, make it through.
I hope this might be a helpful share to those searching.

Wrapped up, unpacked and at home after an
amazing time World Gym West Kelowna, in West Kelowna
sharing mini therapeutic sessions.

I was invited/hired to offer their customer’s, complimentary treatment’s, Wow! 😮
They are so appreciative and caring of their
clientele and staff💚

I met many interesting individual’s in the mix,
having worked on a martial artist, musician, basketball player, parkour enthusiast, those with acute and chronic injuries, long term challenges, all ages.

Great stories, feedback and treatment outcomes.
Loved meeting each and every one!

A Client visiting from Alberta came for a shoulder treatment, but during the session I’d noticed her hands were red, raw and just painful looking.

I learned it was from a combination of chronic Eczema and a reaction to latex gloves (she work’s in Dentistry).
And that she was not getting any relief from several
of the prescription creams she’d been trying.

Being that it was a shoulder treatment, I’d offered to just do a quick “mini” session on just her right hand at the end of (which also had several painful crack’s in the skin at that time. It was initially much worse then the before photo above).
I just wanted to see how it would respond, if it would help.

The next day I followed up, and heard there was significant improvement.
Sooo we did a second short treatment (shown in the photo’s above).

I also used/applied a locally made Indigenous Healer’s Devil’s Club (not claw; ) Salve each time.
Client was quite surprised, because it was the first cream to not sting on application, and was actually soothing.

In these short session’s, I treated the skin with a professional device I use, that offer’s a small amount of ozone and frequency to stimulate and exacerbate her body’s healing ability. Also to “drive” product deeper into the dermis layer’s.

The skin immediately responded (in just 7 min?!) showing improvement as you can see. Treatment continues to work for hours afterwards.

In following up on the third day, I heard it has pretty much completely cleared up.
So glad to hear. Typically, Client’s do respond well, but results vary from person to person based on individual factors.

It alway’s amazing for me to see how quickly the
body can heal itself when given support.
Shoulder’s doing well too btw; )

A great combo for stubborn area’s, (like this sacroiliac joint & low back area).

Sharing some of my Gua Sha and Cupping tool’s (I use a few that are for negative pressure/pulsating cupping, as shown in photo).

The “why’s” to using these tools in treatment:

Gua Sha: Helps break up soft-tissue restrictions, stimulates microcirculation, release’s tight fascia and as a result provide’s pain relief.

Cupping:
Cupping works through suction and gently lifts the skin and underlying tissue. This negative pressure can feel like a deep-tissue massage, but also draw’s out stagnate biochemical waste and increases circulation.
The cups (made of glass, silicone, or plastic) can be placed on the skin and left in place or slid across the area to increase circulation.

I used a few sizes statically and to glide across the low back area, sacrum and hips. Breaking up the contractures and tight fascia.

More palpation of the area to check the texture and how the area was coming along. And of course, massage to flush and complete that segment, as there were a few area’s to treat as they were contributing to a chronic pain pattern presenting.
Client left feeling pretty good, light and more mobile✔️🌼
