A few days late but better late than never!

Myofascial cupping can be used to achieve some of the same treatment goals that I have previously outlined in other posts: promote blood flow, reduce pain sensitivity, and improve movement. Myofascial cupping also has a unique ability to decompress a specific area by pulling on tissues, instead of pressing down like many other techniques do.
