WE FOUND A RUPTURED BREAST IMPLANT.

After some years some implants can rupture requiring an implant exchange.

We did a BREAST IMPLANT EXCHANGE AND REFRESH!

Switching out to implants with a little more volume and then placing A CUSTOMIZED INTERNAL BRA with DUAL PLANE POSITION AND LATERAL CHEST LIPO. This created fuller, perkier breasts, pushed toward the midline for some rounder well supported cleavage👌.

If you have implants that have changed in shape and hardness over time, this could be a sign of an implant rupture.

LIPO/BBL PART of YESTERDAY’S POST👀

After completing the hi def lipo of the abdomen, we sculpted out the back and buttocks.

The deep hourglass shape is achieved by knowing where to remove the deep fat pockets of the lower back and with ULTRASOUND GUIDED FAR GRAFTING.
