I am feeling very grateful! I just finished my last class before summer break. It was a very special class because 20 years ago I started teaching yoga in Elgin, at Healthy Bodies owned and operated by Rasa Krokys. Several students who came to yoga in the fitness center over the furniture store are still attending classes with me! What an honour!
Here are some of us from the current Elgin class.

June 15 & 17 are my last 2 yoga teaching days for the summer. Yes, I am taking a summer off! I'm really looking forward to it and I will really miss teaching in the park. I'm carving out a little more time in the canoe and visiting with friends :) Rekindle You will be teachiing on Tues & Thurs mornings at Knox Prespeterian Church at 9 or 10.
