Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Nourish Wellness Series event, Exploring Regenerative Injection Options for Pain.

We were thrilled to see so many people come out to learn, ask thoughtful questions, and explore the evolving world of pain management, injury recovery, and regenerative medicine.

A special thank you to Dr. Dom Vallée for leading the evening and helping bring this important conversation to our community. Events like this reflect his commitment to making expert healthcare education accessible, approachable, and relevant for people living active lives in the Sea to Sky.

We are also incredibly grateful to our featured speakers:

• Dr. Jenny Turner, Sports Medicine Physician, for sharing her expertise on knee osteoarthritis and Arthrosamid®, and helping us better understand the growing range of non-surgical options available for pain relief.

• Dr. Landon McLean, ND, for walking us through regenerative therapies, injury recovery, and the importance of identifying and treating the root cause of pain.

• Dr. Claire Wilson, ND, for highlighting how ultrasound-guided treatments, PRP, and a whole-person approach can support both recovery and long-term resilience. She also introduced the exciting role of PRP in regenerative skin and hair treatments, an area she has recently begun offering at Creekside Health. We look forward to sharing more about these innovative services in the coming weeks.

One of the biggest takeaways from the evening was that healthcare is evolving. Treatments that were once available only to elite athletes are becoming more accessible, and there are more options than ever to help people reduce pain, improve function, recover from injury, and stay active doing the things they love.

Thank you for being part of the conversation, and for supporting the Whistler Community Services Society through your attendance.

One of our favourite things about being part of the Sea to Sky community is creating opportunities for people to come together, learn, and ask questions.

If you are living with arthritis, recovering from an injury, or dealing with pain that is limiting how you move, the treatment options available today are very different than they were even a few years ago.

From PRP and prolotherapy to prolozone and newer therapies like Arthrosamid®, regenerative medicine is changing the conversation around pain, recovery, and joint health. We believe people deserve the opportunity to hear directly from experts, ask questions, and better understand what options may be available to them.

That is why we love hosting community talks like this one.

Join us tomorrow at Creekside Health for Exploring Regenerative Injection Options for Pain, organized by with Dr. Jenny Turner, Dr. Claire Wilson, and Dr. Landon McLean.

Join us for an evening talk on June 10 exploring regenerative injection options for pain.
Pain from arthritis, chronic strain, tendon injuries, or joint degeneration can quietly limit how you move, train, and live day to day. For many people, the options have traditionally felt narrow: rest, manage symptoms, or consider more invasive interventions.
But that landscape is changing.
Join Dr. Jenny Turner, MD, Dr. Landon McLean, ND, and Dr. Claire Wilson, ND as they discuss regenerative therapies designed to support the body’s natural healing processes, reduce pain, and improve function.
Learn about treatment options including prolotherapy, prolozone, PRP, Arthrosamid, and other emerging therapies that may help support joint stability, tissue repair, and long-term recovery.
Whether you’re dealing with arthritis, a chronic injury, ongoing pain, or simply want to stay active doing the things you love, this session is designed to help you better understand your options and what next steps may make sense for you.

To you, this might just look like drywall screwed onto a wall, waiting for tape and mud.

To us, this is the top of the mountain.

Once the boards are up, it finally starts to feel real. Our new Creekside Health clinic in Squamish is coming Summer 2026, and we could not be more excited to open our doors to this community.

And there’s more...

We are still actively hiring for an MOA position. Training would begin soon in Whistler before transitioning to Squamish. If you’re organized, caring, and want to be part of building something special from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.

We also already have a growing waiting list for doctors in Squamish, which reminds us every day why this clinic matters so much.

Lots more updates to come. We’re getting closer every week.

Come work with us!
What you can expect:
🌿 Competitive wage based on experience
🌿 Extended health benefits after 3 months
🌿 Employee perks on retail and in-house treatments
🌿 A collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
🌿 Room to grow with a brand-new clinic

We'd love three years of MOA experience, but we're equally excited about eager, energetic office gurus with a passion for learning new skills and helping people.

If you've called Creekside lately, you've probably noticed our phones have been BUSY.

That’s exactly why we brought in Nicole 💚

Nicole is our new virtual phone receptionist and as of today, she’s already helping patients book appointments faster, without endless redialing or waiting on hold.

One patient tried reaching our front desk twice this morning, then decided to give Nicole a try. A few minutes later, they had an appointment booked for this Friday.

Nicole can:
✔️ Book walk-in appointments
✔️ Book meet-and-greets with a family doctor
✔️ Book follow-ups
✔️ Reschedule or cancel appointments

She works directly with our booking system, so appointments are confirmed immediately.

And if you'd rather talk to a person, just say “human” and she’ll transfer you to our front desk during clinic hours.

Warren’s been quietly deepening his craft.

Over the last several years, he completed a five-year Fellowship Program in the Evolution of Osteopathic Theory in Belgium, while continuing advanced studies in Biodynamic Osteopathy and teaching within the osteopathic community.

What does that actually mean for patients?

A practitioner who studies the body at a deeper level.

A practitioner who believes health is not just about chasing symptoms.

A practitioner who blends structure, nervous system regulation, visceral work, cranial techniques, movement, and whole-body assessment into care.

At Creekside Health, Warren works with chronic pain, postural dysfunction, nervous system overload, injury recovery, headaches, mobility restrictions, and complex presentations that require a more integrative lens.

Because great practitioners never stop learning.

And Warren is one of them.

Warren has opened up appointments on Saturday, May 30.

Spring in the Sea to Sky means longer days, changing seasons, and for many people… allergies, scratchy throats, and immune systems working overtime.

Not all honey is created equal, and Activist Manuka Honey is one of the most premium options available. Sourced from New Zealand and raw and unpasteurized, Manuka honey contains naturally occurring compounds that have made it a favourite for generations for soothing the throat, supporting immunity, and adding a little daily wellness to your routine.
Spring is also the season when many people start spending more time outside, training harder, traveling more, and exposing themselves to shifting temperatures and seasonal allergens. A spoonful of Manuka honey in tea, warm water with lemon, or straight off the spoon can become an easy daily ritual.
One simple ritual we love this time of year? Manuka honey.

At Creekside Health, we’re always interested in simple tools that support the body naturally — especially the ones people actually enjoy taking.

A few of our favourite ways to use it:
• Stirred into tea or warm lemon water
• Added to yogurt or oats
• Straight off the spoon before bed
• Taken during seasonal shifts or travel
• Mixed into smoothies for a natural sweetness

Because sometimes wellness doesn’t have to be complicated.
