Better mental health care starts with working together.

Lakeridge Health and Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences are launching a new partnership to help strengthen mental health and addictions care across Durham Region.

Together, we'll work to make care more connected and easier to navigate.

The partnership will also bring our teams together around research, educations, workforce training, and clinical innovation, helping us build a stronger mental health system for patients and families across Durham Region.

This is an important step toward ensuring people can access the right care, at the right time, and in the right setting.

This MOU signing with Ontario Shores builds on Lakeridge Health’s growing network of mental health and addictions partnerships. This includes our ongoing partnership with CAMH, the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. We are proud to collaborate with system partners to strengthen access and create a more connected system of care for the people of Durham Region.
