Ever feel like you’re constantly chasing the next trending treatment? You try session and it helps…but not quite enough.

So you start wondering if you need something stronger, something newer or a new clinic…

When really, the issue may not be that the treatment didn’t work. It may be that you were asking one treatment to carry the weight of every concern you have 😮‍💨

Most people don’t look tired because of one thing. Most people don’t lose their glow because of one thing. Most people didn’t wake up one day feeling like their face just sagged because of one thing. So it makes sense that one treatment alone rarely creates the entire result you’re looking for.

That’s why the goal isn’t finding the best treatment. It’s understanding what’s actually contributing to the concern in the first place.

The women who get the most natural-looking results usually aren’t chasing a miracle 1 hour treatment that you do once and never have to do it again.

They’re following a plan… start with an assessment 🔗

One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is thinking that if a treatment works, it should automatically give you “look” you think you want. But those aren’t always the same thing.

In this case, the lip flip worked exactly as intended. It helped the upper lip show a little more and improved how it sat when smiling and even at rest. But it didn’t create the volume my patient was hoping to see and now we know that.

But this is where a lot of people end up feeling underwhelmed by their results. Because they’re relying on one treatment to solve a concern that’s being influenced by more than one thing.

The goal isn’t to force one treatment to do everything.
It’s to understand what layers are contributing to the concern and choose the right approach from there.

Sometimes that’s one treatment and sometimes it’s a combination of them. And that’s exactly why assessment comes before recommendations.

32 🎂

This year taught me a lot about patience, priorities, relationships, and what actually matters when the noise settles.

Some lessons came from business.
Some came from mistakes.
Some came from conversations, travel, friendships, during a deep flow at , and the people who continue to support RNRC year after year.

For everyone who has trusted me with their face, recommended the clinic to a friend, shared a post, followed along, engaged with my silly rambles or simply cheered me on from the sidelines…thank you.

I’m incredibly grateful 🥹

Here’s to 32 🥂

Most people think natural results come from doing less.

❌Less filler
❌ Less Botox
❌ Less everything

If it were that simple, everyone would look natural.

The truth is, natural results come from making the right decisions long before the treatment starts.

✅ The right treatment
✅ The right product
✅ The right placement
And knowing when enough is enough.

Why does this matter?
Because these decisions are often what determine whether you look refreshed and put together... or whether people can immediately tell you’ve had something done.

Looking natural isn’t about chasing the smallest number possible. It’s about having a plan.

Nobody wakes up one morning and randomly decides to “book Botox”.

Usually, it’s a collection of little moments…
The photos you avoid.
The before & afters you’ve saved.
The conversations you’ve had with yourself over and over.
The way you’ve convinced yourself you’ll think about it “later” when life slows down. But, does that ever actually happen? 😬

And sometimes, it’s realizing that you’ve spent so much time showing up for everyone else that you quietly stopped showing up for yourself.

The women who finally book aren’t always the most confident about what they “need”. They’re usually the women who’ve reached a point where they’re ready to stop consulting with an AI bot and start getting clarity about a plan.

Because at the end of the day, this was never really about Botox, filler, or skin treatments. It’s about feeling like the most capable version of yourself again.

One of the biggest misconceptions around “natural” results is thinking they happen from a 20 unit tox treatment every few months and that’s it. And honestly… sometimes that is enough for certain concerns 🤷‍♀️

But when you look at women who always seem refreshed, polished, and subtly put together… it’s usually a little more “work” than that. Not dramatic, not overdone… just intentional.

Because looking naturally refreshed often comes from gradually refining different skin changes over time instead of expecting the forehead alone to make the whole face look more refreshed.

A little tension softening here 😡
A little structure or support there 🔨
Improving skin quality 💧
Maintaining instead of consistently correcting.

Not all at once. Not in a way that changes your face. Just strategically over time ⏰

That’s usually the difference between looking like you had “work done” and looking like someone who simply looks well-rested and put together all the time.

A lot of people think once you start injectables, you’re signing up for more and more forever ♾️

More filler, frequent appointments, just more things to maintain 😮‍💨 We totally get why people think that 🤷‍♀️
But when treatment planning is done intentionally, appointments usually become much simpler over time.

This patient has been with us for over 7 years. Which means every (infrequent) visit isn’t about reinventing her face or creating a brand new treatment plan.

It’s usually:
“What have you been noticing lately?”
“What feels like it could use a little refresh?”
And more often than people realize, it’s us saying:
“Girl, we’re not adding more filler there… you have enough 😂” — if you’ve been here, you know.

This visit was simply small touch-ups to areas we’ve maintained over time: chin, lips, jawline, and cheekbone contour. Because good long-term treatment planning shouldn’t feel like constantly chasing change. It should feel familiar, intentional and still completely like you 🤞

One of the easiest ways to get mislead in the injectables world is by comparing numbers. Units, syringes, “full face” packages…

Because without context, a certain number of units can “sound” like a lot. Especially when Katie on TikTok goes on and on about her “baby tox”. But a number of units on their own don’t actually tell you anything 😬

Two people can treat the exact same areas and require completely different amounts based on:

💉 muscle strength
💉 movement
💉 anatomy
💉 goals
💉 how their face responds over time and how often it’s maintained

And honestly? Even you can need different doses from appointment to appointment 💁🏻‍♀️ That’s why comparing your treatment plan to someone else’s doesn’t help you plan or predict your outcomes.

Because treatment planning isn’t about matching numbers with your besties. It’s about creating the right outcome for YOUR face.

Start with assessment & get clarity, not a guess 🔗
