We are seeking a reliable and organized Temporary Clinic Receptionist to support our team. This is a full-time, short-term opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys patient-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and phone inquiries
- Coordinate patient flow to support clinical operations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and email communication
- Support staff with day-to-day clinic operations as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (healthcare setting preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Velox or similar) is an asset

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
