Fertility treatment can ask a great deal of you—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Stress does not mean you have caused your fertility challenges, and no one should be told to “just relax.” But having support for your nervous system can make the process feel a little more manageable.

Acupuncture may help promote relaxation, ease feelings of anxiety, and provide a quiet place to pause during fertility treatment.
Support can begin well before embryo transfer—ideally over approximately three menstrual cycles—so that acupuncture becomes part of your overall fertility care rather than something added only at the last moment.
