Mid back pain from prolonged sitting and desk work? 👩🏽‍💻👨🏻‍💻
Get a foam roller and try these exercises:
1. Place roller under mid back and roll back and forth with neck supported to loosen muscles
2. Have roller in front of body in child’s pose with arms extended in front keeping spine straight. This will give your spine a good stretch
3. Place roller vertically along spine and allow arms to stretch to your sides. This will stretch your chest
