💚 October is Autism Acceptance Month.

At EverLife ABA, we believe acceptance starts with seeing the whole person, honouring neurodiversity, and creating spaces where every individual feels understood, respected, supported, and valued.

This month and always, let’s move beyond awareness and toward acceptance, inclusion, and belonging. 🌈

Happy Birthday, Andrea!✨

Another year of learning, building, experimenting, and becoming.

One thing I’m appreciating more and more is that meaningful growth rarely happens all at once. It happens through the small decisions we make every day: how we show up, how we respond when things are difficult, how willing we are to learn, and whether we continue choosing integrity even when no one is watching.

That’s something I try to bring into EverLife, too.

I believe people are capable of more than we sometimes give them credit for. I believe our strengths deserve as much attention as our challenges. I believe progress can be practical and measurable while still being deeply human. And I believe good support should help people build lives that are meaningful to them, rather than simply teaching them how to fit into someone else’s idea of success.

This year has reminded me to stay curious, keep creating, move my body, notice the little moments, ask better questions, and occasionally question the thoughts in my own head. 😉

I’m incredibly grateful for every client, family, colleague, student, mentor, and friend who has trusted me, challenged me, collaborated with me, or helped shape the work we’re doing.

What started as an idea has grown into something much bigger than I imagined, and I’m still very much in the process of building it.

Here’s to: more learning, more creating, more connection, and continuing to build EverLife with heart. 🤍

At EverLife ABA, we believe that meaningful progress begins with understanding, connection, and trust.

Our approach to Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

Rather than focusing solely on changing behaviours, we take the time to understand why a behaviour is happening and what meaningful support looks like for each individual and family.

✨ We integrate evidence-based practices with approaches that support:
• Emotional regulation and self-awareness
• Communication and meaningful connection
• Independence and functional life skills
• Social understanding and relationship building
• Confidence, self-advocacy, and quality of life

We work collaboratively with families to create individualized goals that honour each person’s strengths, needs, and unique way of experiencing the world.

Because progress isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about having the tools, support, and opportunities to thrive as yourself.

Welcome Bella! 🎉 Isabella is a Supervised Behaviour Technician with a passion for supporting children in developing meaningful skills, building confidence, and discovering their strengths. She believes therapy should be individualized, engaging, and grounded in patience, compassion, and genuine connection. With a background in Cognitive Science, Psychology, and Philosophy and a current Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Isabella brings curiosity and empathy to her work with children and families. Outside of ABA, she has a deep love for animals and the natural world, working closely with animals and exploring animal behaviour, particularly her passion for reptiles. Her experiences with animals have strengthened her appreciation for patience, observation, trust, and meeting each individual where they are – core values she carries into every therapy session. Isabella is also an avid writer, published author and journalist who also enjoys studying psychology, neuroscience, and philosophy. Above all, she strives to create a warm, safe, and empowering environment where every child feels understood, celebrated, and supported in reaching their potential.

Another backpack, another big step. 🎒 That walk down the driveway is a whole production.

For a lot of families, back-to-school season is when transitions like this get harder to navigate alone - new schedules, new environments, big feelings about change. That’s exactly where we come in.

EverLife ABA is currently accepting new clients in Vaughan, Toronto, and Halton. 💛 If your family could use support with transitions, routines, or building independence at home or in the community, we’d love to talk.

DM us or email [email protected] today to learn more or book an intake, spots are limited.

Yep 🙂‍↕️ I get to play for work, what do you do?

08/26/2026

The goal isn’t a child who never gets dysregulated. It’s a child who feels it rising, reaches for their menu, and comes back on their own. We build the loop: notice the body, pick the action, feel the shift. Repeat until it’s theirs.

08/24/2026

Sing together, move together, cuddle together, regulate together. When I offer hand squeezes to a dysregulated kid, that’s not ‘just calming.’ It’s deep proprioceptive input reducing arousal so learning can happen. Warm and evidence-based aren’t opposites. At EverLife they’re the same move.
