Sciatic pain can be very painful! Watch this to learn some quick/simple exercises to try to see if it helps.

Caution ⚠️ if these exercises make the pain worse, please stop and get to a Physiotherapist that you trust!! Also if your pain isn’t going away then book your appointment ASAP!

The longer you wait the chances of full recovery fast gets harder!

Jacob earned his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2018.

His treatment approach focuses on hands-
on manual therapy, muscle tissue release, targeted exercise prescription, and patient education. He also practices acupuncture,
fascial stretch, and cupping.

Jaccob has experience working with a wide range of patients (6 months - 92 years) for many types of injuries (frozen shoulder, joint sprains, muscle strains,
total hip/knee replacement pre- and post-surgically, whiplash, post-stroke, reconditioning post-COVID, post-amputation, and chronic pain). He has also worked with amateur and semi-professional athletes (pitchers, quarterbacks, academy + NCAA soccer, AAU basketball, gamers/eSports athletes).

He is available Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 2-8pm!
