4-4-6 Breathing Technique
✨ How to do it:
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position
Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly
Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds
Hold your breath gently for 4 seconds
Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6 seconds
Repeat for 5–10 rounds
💚 Key focus:
Try to breathe so your belly rises more than your chest — this helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system (your “rest and heal” state).
🌿 Even 2–3 minutes of this can help calm the mind, reduce tension, and bring your body back into balance.
