I am by no means an astrologer, but all I seem to be hearing about lately is the major shift happening on June 19th. And honestly? The energy behind it completely explains how I've been feeling.
Chiron, often called The Wounded Healer, is technically an asteroid, not a planet. Yet astrologers believe its influence can be just as powerful. In fact, Chiron has always seemed to impact me more than Mercury Retrograde ever has!
Tomorrow, Chiron moves from Aries into Ta**us, beginning a new chapter that many astrologers are calling one of, if not THE most significant energetic shifts of 2026.
As Chiron changes signs, the themes it asks us to heal also change. In Ta**us, the focus turns toward self-worth, security, abundance, and our relationship with our physical bodies.
When I first started reading about this transit, it immediately reminded me of the recent Super New Moon. That moon wasn't really about manifesting what you want—it was about deciding that you're worthy of receiving it.
Because that's the deeper question, isn't it?
Do you truly believe you're worthy of the love you're asking for?
The success? The money? The opportunities? The support?
Ta**us rules our sense of value and worth. As Chiron begins this journey, many of us may find ourselves confronting old wounds around feeling "not enough." Not smart enough. Not experienced enough. Not attractive enough. Not deserving enough.
You may notice yourself reflecting on where you've accepted less than you deserved in relationships. Where you've doubted your abilities. Where you've convinced yourself you haven't done enough to earn more money, more love, or more happiness.
For some, these lessons may surface through financial challenges, forcing a deeper look at scarcity, lack, and your relationship with money.
For others, it may show up in relationships. You may suddenly find the words for feelings you've been carrying for years. You may realize you're tired of over-giving, over-explaining, people-pleasing, or abandoning yourself to keep others comfortable.
And for many of us, this healing will extend into our relationship with our bodies.
The criticism.
The comparison.
The belief that your body isn't good enough, healthy enough, young enough, or beautiful enough.
Chiron in Ta**us asks us to heal that too.
If you've felt self-worth themes surfacing recently, you're not alone. It feels like this energy has been slowly creeping into our awareness for months, preparing us for what's ahead.
So I'm curious...
How has self-worth been showing up in your life lately?
What is it trying to teach you?
