Trusting someone with your online presence can feel really uncomfortable when you don’t understand what they’re doing, what they’re changing, or whether their strategies actually align with the ethics of mental health work.

Your website is often the first place a potential client decides whether they feel safe reaching out, that’s why I teach therapists how to do their own SEO.

Not so you can become a full-time marketer. Not so you have to chase algorithms. But so you can understand how people find your practice, make intentional choices, and build visibility in a way that feels authentic to you and your values.

You shouldn’t have to hand over the keys to your practice’s online presence without understanding what’s happening behind the scenes.

SEO can be simple, ethical, and something you can learn.
