Allow me to reintroduce myself…
My name is Paige! I am 27 years old from Ontario, Canada and I advocate for mental health care! Lots of new followers here and it’s been a minute since I introduced myself so here’s some things you should know!
• Big 3: Aquarius sun, Sagittarius moon, Cancer rising
• INFJ personality type
• I like to refer to myself as an introverted extrovert
• I have a 1.5 year old wheaten terrier puppy named Noodle who is the loml 🤍
• my biggest passion in life is sharing my mental health journey and building this dope ass community along the way
• I have been a vegetarian for 14 years
• I lost my mom/best friend to ALS in November 2021 - my angel 🕊
• I suffer from anxiety and depression and I am very open about sharing my story! I am an open book!
• I am obsessed with Colleen Hoover books, One Tree Hill, black coffee, and matching sweat sets
• I share my passion for mental health through here and with my Going Mental Apparel brand (link in bio) to embrace mental illness and know there is nothing to be ashamed of 🧠
