Hips feeling stiff when you sit, squat, or twist? The 90/90 is one of the simplest ways to work on it. 🪑

Most stretches only hit one direction, but this one trains both. Your front hip works into external rotation while the back hip works into internal rotation, so you're opening up the whole joint instead of just half of it. And if one side feels tighter than the other? Totally normal. Noticing that difference is actually useful information.

Just getting started? Holding each side for about 30 seconds is a great place to begin. Ready for more? The windshield wiper adds control and movement, which is often where mobility really starts to shift. Keep your chest tall and no cheating on the form. 🙌

Wondering why your hips feel locked up in the first place? Book an assessment with our team and we'll help you figure out your starting point.

We wish we had a magic button too. 😅

The honest truth? Lasting relief usually comes from consistency, not shortcuts. Small things done regularly tend to move the needle way more than one quick fix ever could.

Tag someone who's still holding out for the magic button. 👀

One chapter closes, and another begins. 💚

After years of caring for patients and helping shape the clinic into what it is today, Dr. Kim is officially stepping into retirement and passing the torch to Dr. Danny as Clinic Director.

We’re so grateful for everything Dr. Kim has poured into this team and community, and we’re excited to see Dr. Danny carry that work forward into the clinic’s next chapter.

Wishing you a very happy retirement, Dr. Kim. You’ve more than earned it. 🎉

Ever wondered what actually goes into getting custom orthotics? Dr. Danny takes you behind the scenes. 🦶

No two feet move the same way, so before anything gets made, he takes the time to really understand how yours function while standing, moving, and at rest. That full picture is what lets an orthotic be shaped around you instead of a generic mould off a shelf.

It's a small step that can make a real difference in how your feet feel day to day.

Dealing with foot or heel pain, or feet that just feel off? Book an assessment and let's take a proper look. 👣

That tingling that shoots down your arm or leg? Sometimes the answer isn't a bigger stretch. It's smarter movement. 🧠

Nerve flossing is a gentle technique that helps an irritated nerve glide more freely instead of staying stuck and sensitive. No forcing, no aggressive pulling. Just slow, controlled motion that can help calm things down over time.

The key is easing into it. If a movement makes symptoms sharper or they hang around afterward, that's your cue to back off, not push through.

Not sure if nerve flossing is right for what you're feeling? It's always worth getting assessed first so you know you're moving in the right way. Send us a message or book in and we'll point you in the right direction. ⚡

There's a reason some chiropractors reach for an X-ray, and it's not guesswork. 🩻

When there's a clinical reason to look deeper, imaging can reveal things you can't see or feel from the outside. Degenerative changes, congenital variants, or early signs that something needs a closer look. It's less about the picture itself and more about what it helps us understand.

Because the more we know about how your spine is actually built, the more thoughtful and specific your care can be.

Not sure if imaging is something you'd even need? No pressure either way. It's a great question to bring to your first visit, and we're happy to walk you through it. 🦴

Progress is not always linear. 📉📈
Plateaus are not a sign you're failing. They're often a sign your body is adjusting.

Here’s what might actually be happening:

1. Your body has adapted. That’s the goal.
When progress slows, it can mean the current stimulus is no longer challenging enough. This is usually when we need to change the demand, not stop completely.

2. Progress is still happening, even if you cannot see it yet.
Plateaus can reflect behind the scenes work like tissue remodeling, nervous system adaptation, and strength consolidation.

3. Pushing harder is not always the answer.
Sometimes what moves you forward again is adjusting load, changing your approach, or modifying your program.

Your body is not stuck. It’s adapting. 🔍

If you feel like you've hit a plateau and are not sure what to do next, we're here to guide you. 🤝

Your camera roll isn't part of our assessment.

We care about the patterns.

The ones showing up on your scans.
The ones showing up in your movement.
The ones that may be contributing to your pain.

That's where real answers start. 🔍

Need a hand figuring things out? We're here for you. 🤝
