Dealing with spinal stenosis and feeling stiff or restricted? This is one technique we often use to help improve movement 🌀

Nerve root flossing is a gentle way to encourage mobility through the spine while also helping to create space and reduce tension around the area. Done with control and proper timing, it can support better motion and overall comfort.

The key is slow, intentional movement and staying consistent with your reps and sets.
