I’ve lately been noticing more men walk through my doors or book sessions through telehealth.
Men who want to work on their relationships. Men who want to better understand themselves. Men who are willing to have some of the conversations that can be difficult to have.
I’ve really enjoyed these conversations.
Therapy isn’t just about fixing what’s wrong, and you don’t have to wait until something feels seriously wrong before reaching out.
Sometimes you simply know that something could be better. You know that your relationship with others or yourself could be better, and that there's a different and richer way forward.
Therapy can be a space to slow down, take a closer look at what’s working, what isn’t, what you want to carry forward — and what you’re ready to leave behind.
I’m grateful to do this work with people of different genders and backgrounds, both here in Whitecourt and with clients across Alberta online.
If you’ve been thinking about reaching out, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we might be a good fit.
