This class is a mixture of gentle poses that is suitable for all levels.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Join Angela @ 12:15pm - 12:45pm for Lunch Yin where you will be guided through gentle poses during this 30 minutes of bliss in our cozy studio. A great way to break up your day.

🌟Purchase our Lunch Yin Punch Pass to make it easier for you to attend as it fits your schedule.

🎉 Lunch Yin is also included in the Monthly Unlimited Pass 🎉

🧘🏻‍♀️ Join Angela for Yin & Yang at 5:30pm so you can clear your mind from the day before heading home for the evening. She will guide you through a blend of movement and stillness poses to keep you more balanced.
This class is suitable for all levels.

🔥 Then join Annette at 7pm for Hot Flow to stoke your inner fire.
Class is at approximately 32-38C
