For the 2nd year in a row my new year has started by completing a 108 Sun Salutation practice. This practice is a moving prayer and meditation on the things I would like to invite into my life and the things that are present and I am so grateful for. This type of practice is what resonates for me, but I know that prayer and meditation could just as easily happen when snuggling with my girls, spending time with my family, or walking my new puppy. Hoping that you find your moment of practice in whatever form calls to you today whether it 'looks' like yoga or not ❤️
