**Sometimes healing begins with a single breath.**

We’ve all heard the phrase *“emotion is energy in motion.”* But what if the doorway into that movement is simpler than we think?

For me, it starts with breathwork.

I’m experiencing this in my own life right now.

Through breath, I’m learning to slow down enough to actually feel where energy is sitting in my body. The hurt. The ache. The heaviness. The things I may have carried for longer than I realized.

Instead of pushing it away or distracting myself from it, I’m using the breath to stay present with it. To listen. To ask myself, *What is this trying to tell me? What do I need to acknowledge? What do I need to let go of?*

And I’m discovering that when we allow ourselves to truly feel what is there—supported by the breath—that energy can begin to move. And when it moves, we can begin to release it.

We can feel a little lighter.
A little less burdened.
A little more present.

I’m working with a **new breathwork system** that I’m finding to be incredibly powerful—not about forcing anything or “fixing” ourselves, but about using the breath as an anchor to be with ourselves with more compassion, awareness, and understanding.

Because maybe transformation doesn’t always mean becoming someone new.

Maybe sometimes it means **coming back to ourselves.**

Tuesday April 7, Discovery Series will open the space for anyone wanting to know more about Breathwork. Breathwork is my healing practice. This is an introduction to Breathwork so anyone can attend. This is the only class that will be open in the series. Bring $20 and let me know you are coming as we will set up a space for you.
