Today would have been our 13th Wedding Anniversary. 13th year on the 13th day. Since it's a Lace year (we always did traditional gifts), I probably would have bought Ronnie a nice new robe, presented to him with me wearing a s*xy piece of lingerie. He would respond with a "I can't wait to see it balled up at the end of the bed".
We would have probably gone to town for supper at the fish exchange and grabbed a hotel for the night - because hotel s*x is the best!. Or maybe we would have boated down the shore to some secluded beach with a picnic and and blanket and enjoyed our afternoon by the water. The day wouldn't be complete without him saying "it's coffee time bub", "do you even know how much I love you,"..
"Have I told you yet today ". He never missed a day.
Happy Anniversary to my Ronnie. Even though we didn't get to celebrate our 13th anniversary together, we did spend 20 of the best years of our lives, and I cherish every one of them. Even the ones you had me drove! Forever in my Heart, Forever part of my soul.

Missing your love, missing your "it's coffee time" goodmornings. Travelling without you was a hard experience.

Don’t remember me with sadness,
Don’t remember me with tears,
Remember all the laughter,
We’ve shared throughout the years.
Now I am contented
That my life it was worthwhile,
Knowing as I passed along the way
I made somebody smile.
When you are walking down the street
And you’ve got me on your mind,
I’m walking in your footsteps
Only half a step behind.
So please don’t be unhappy
Just because I’m out of sight,
Remember that I’m with you
Each morning, noon and night.
