Imagine sitting in a room full of men you barely know.
One guy talks. Everyone else listens. No interrupting. No fixing. No “have you tried…?”
For most men, that’s uncomfortable. That’s the point. Now flip it.
You get your turn. Two minutes. No one cuts you off. No one jumps in with advice. No one tries to “solve” you. Just space to say something real.
Sounds gross, right? Because most of us are way more comfortable hiding.
And if you do share? Someone might call that “soft.”
Good.
Because telling the truth about how you’re actually doing,
in front of other men, with no performance and no shield—That’s not soft. That’s bad-ass bravery. That’s Common Grounds – Men’s Coffee Circle.
