I'm so excited to be hosting my very first solo event! 💫

We will do 45 minutes of my new favorite program, Circl Mobility. I will guide you through a series of slow placed stretches and mobility exercises. Followed by 45 minutes of a soothing sound bath while laying inside an aerial silks. Submerse yourself into the healing, weightlessness, afternoon with me for only $40. ☀️

PLEASE NOTE: there will be NO stretch portions IN the silk, they are strictly for laying in during the sound bath. I am (not yet) trained for aerial silks.
