I wouldn’t be able to handle the client load I have, caring for our hobby farm and chasing a feral-farm kid in my spare time if I didn’t!

You’ll catch me when I have spare moment, stretching, self massaging or asking someone to throw a couple of cups on my back for a quick treatment.

Our bodies are constantly changing, growing, and adapting.
As your massage therapist I try my best to be fluid and adapt my style of massage, techniques and approach so it is tailored specifically to you, that appointment.

Hi! 👋

So I guess I’ve never made an official post on “Who Am I ?!”

My name is Angela Zita Kuhlmann.
My journey with health and wellness started from when I was a young girl growing up living on a horse breeding and training farm. I fell in love with the science of training, muscle development, nutrition and genetics.

I spent years studying, watching and practising how to manipulate a body with manual techniques in combination with strength building to help these horses and their owners reach their goals.

My interest and passion kept growing.

This is when I had decided to continue my education, obtain my RMT license to help people feel their best and reach their goals.

So here we are! I am the founder of A Z Wellness Windsor.

I treat humans, horses, dogs and cats for massage therapy and PEMF therapy.

I utilize a variety of modalities and techniques such as hot stone massage, cupping, IASTM, joint mobilization, PNF therapy and stretching.

When I am not working, I am running our small hobby farm
which has horses, ponies, mini goats and our farm mascot ……. Mr.Donkey!

My spare time is usually spent with my family and animals. When I have some down time I’m usually reading or taking a course to learn something new! 🤓

I am excited to announce I will be bringing some new training and certificates this spring to better serve more populations within Windsor Essex County.
