👩🏻‍⚕️ Doctor Victoria Bourne, ND

Dr. Victoria will be taking over for Dr. Samantha during her maternity leave in October!

👩🏻‍⚕️Dr. Victoria has been in practice since January 2021

Dr. Victoria enjoys treating many different conditions, but especially likes to help burnt out moms regain their hormonal balance

Dr. Victoria will be starting to see new patients in September, and will take over Dr. Samantha’s current patient care in October!

Do you know what Xenoestrogens are & how they affect the body?

🧾 Xenoestrogens are molecules found in the environment that look very similar to our bodies own estrogen

👩🏻‍⚕️ Our naturopathic doctor, Samantha will be going off on her maternity leave at the end of September 🤰🏻

‼️She will be continuing to take NEW patients until the end of August, so if you’ve been thinking about booking in with her as a new patient, you still have some time!

She will continue to see her current patients until she goes off, at the end of September!

🚨 But don’t worry, we have a new naturopathic Doctor stepping in to take her place starting September 2nd! 👩🏻‍⚕️

🌟 TREATMENT TUESDAY 🌟

What is endometriosis?

Endometriosis is when tissue similar to that of the inner lining of the uterus is deposited in areas outside of the uterus such as the colon, bladder, ovaries & Fallopian tubes

😖 This tissue responds to normal hormonal fluctuations and can cause bleeding, scar tissue, inflammation and therefore lots of pain

📈 Not much is known about what causes this, but one theory is estrogen dominance may be a contributor

👩🏻‍⚕️ There are lots of things we can do as NDs to balance the hormones and reduce inflammation in those with endometriosis
