The "Helping Hands" Food Drive at Hands On Health Windsor has come to a close, and I am blown away by the generosity of our community of patients. 🙌

When we put our hands together, we do more than just collect food—we strengthen the very fabric of Windsor.

The Results: ✨ A massive collection of goods (and financial donations) heading straight to the Windsor Downtown Mission - DTM

✨ Tangible support for our neighbours facing food insecurity. ✨ Proof that "done by hand" is the most powerful way to give.

Raffle Update: I’ll be contacting our two TENS Unit winners by the end of the week via phone or email. Keep an eye on your notifications! 📱

At Dr. Reena Pathak, DC's office Hands On Health Windsor we believe that wellness extends far beyond our clinic walls. We are incredibly moved by the generosity our community has shown during our recent food drive!

Every item pictured here represents a helping hand for neighbours facing food insecurity. These donations are headed to Windsor Downtown Mission - DTM next Tuesday to help stock their pantry and support those in need. I personally will be delivering all of this!

Community Donation Drive Update

The office donation drive is off to a wonderful start!

I would like to extend a sincere thank you to our patients for your continued generosity and for bringing items to your scheduled appointments.

Important Dates
• Donation Deadline: We are collecting items until Good Friday (April 3).
• Grand Prize Draw: The draw for the two TENS units will take place on April 7. Winners will be notified the same day.

Most Needed Items
To help us provide the most nutritional value to those in need, we are currently prioritizing the following items:
• Proteins & Grains: Canned tuna, pasta (white and whole wheat), rice (white and brown), and macaroni & cheese.
• Canned Goods: Fruits (in juice or light syrup), low-sodium vegetables, and assorted soups (beef stew, chili, chicken noodle, or vegetable).
• Pantry Staples: Pasta sauce, canned tomatoes, gravy, and assorted spices/OXO cubes.
• Beverages: Fruit and vegetable juices (individual or family size), tea, instant coffee, and hot chocolate.
• Condiments: Salad dressings, sugar, and sugar substitutes.
