✨I’m honoured to share that I’ve completed my Reiki Master Teacher certification.✨
•
Reiki has been part of my life and practice for 10 years, alongside nearly two decades of nursing experience and my work as a yoga, meditation, and breathwork instructor. Across these paths, I’ve come to value compassionate connection, thoughtful care, and creating space for people to pause and reconnect with themselves.
•
I’ve provided more than 200 Reiki treatments and created three signature offerings: Reiki Luxe, Reiki Indian Head Massage, and Somatic Reset Reiki. I’m grateful to now share Reiki through both individual sessions and teaching.
•
✨Beginning November 1, I’m booking Reiki treatments and Reiki Level I, Level II, and Master teaching sessions. Refresher and tune-up sessions for Levels I and II are also available.✨
•
If you’re curious about a treatment or ready to begin or continue your Reiki learning, send me a message to ask questions or book. I’d be happy to connect.🥰 Ask any questions you might have—DM me/text/call/talk to me in my yoga classes! 💫

There’s a time to lean into spirituality, intuition, symbolism, and the unseen—and there’s also a time to step into the toolbox of science, research, evidence, and fact.

I don’t think we have to choose one over the other.

Sometimes the clearest decisions happen when we honour both: what we feel, what we believe, AND what we know.

✨ Intuition can inform us.
🧠 Science can ground us.
🤍 Discernment brings them together.

What They Don’t See Coming
Page of Swords Reversed

This is the most interesting card in the spread. The shadow side can be:

* Misinformation
* Rumors
* Half-truths
* Knee-jerk reactions
* Speaking before understanding

What the collective may not see coming is how much confusion can be created when information travels faster than wisdom.

On a more positive level, it can also suggest: Not every headline deserves your attention.

Not every opinion requires your response.

Not every battle requires your participation.

The Page of Swords reversed asks for discernment.

✨The Big Picture

If I summarize this spread in one sentence:

The collective is tired of old systems, resistant to change, frustrated with conflict, and hungry for authentic leadership—but the path forward requires cooperation, patience, and discernment rather than more fighting.

What I find encouraging is that the spread begins with resistance (Death Reversed) but ends with vision (King of Wands).

That suggests a movement from:

“I don’t want things to change.”

to

“I see what we can build next.”

And for someone like you, who is creating community through Meraki, that’s an interesting message. The cards seem to place value on people gathering, sharing skills, supporting one another, and creating alternatives to isolation—which echoes the image you shared earlier about trees quietly supporting each other underground. 🌳✨🤍 That’s all Meraki Community! ! 🫶🏻✨
