🩵 it’s been a very busy year as we prepare to welcome baby boy #3 in September

🗓️ I will be adding Saturday and Sunday booking availability starting August!

🪷 I will be taking a couple weeks off entirely and decreasing some of my hours after baby comes but I will still be as available to my loyal clients as possible

What does it meant to get lip filler while still maintaining a natural look?

1. Balancing the lips to the rest of your face. Everything supports each other! If you have a goal of bigger lips, we have to look at the whole picture to make sure you don’t end up too heavy on the bottom and looking disproportionate.

2. Maintaining your natural lip shape. Creating shapes and sizes that are much further than your natural in a short period of time, almost guarantees the migrated, over filled, “duck” appearance. I’m a big believe of highlighting the features that you’re already blessed with.

3. Start low and go slow. I’m a big believer in honesty and taking our time to achieve your goals. Your one time service fee of a single syringe lip filler, can be divided into 2 sessions - at no extra charge, esp if it’s something I’ve recommended due to your lip shape and volume. I also have no problem adding in a complimentary lip flip, when needed!

I’m so grateful for restoring me back to myself again, after a terrible battle with the flu and holiday bloat. We are entering 2026 with a better mindset! Let’s talk about these terrible trends…

1. This is the scariest one. There’s a reason why only licensed providers are permitted to inject. You can go BLIND when you do this wrong. You can get an infection from black market products not approved by Health Canada. A few extra bucks is worth your safety.

2. It’s all about natural beauty now, I love it, and want to keep it this way. I only want to enhance your features, not change who you are. I will always talk about realistic results and longevity.

3. I just can’t with this… I couldn’t even keep up this year with all the mysterious things people are rubbing on their faces. Please, can we stick to the facts?

4. Say it with me. SPF all the time, every-time. We stock a mineral spf that is light weight, doesn’t leave a cast, and has the perfect glow!

5. No matter what you do to your face, your neck and hands will give you away. Don’t sleep on this! Treatments for these areas are dramatically more expensive and difficult than just doing simple prevention and maintenance.

6. YOU ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY. This one is hard for me too. As a mom, we always want to take care of everyone else, so hear me when I say, you need to be taken care of too. Feeling confident and well makes everyone’s lives better and you more productive! I dare you to try it.

It honestly felt like I just barely made it through 2025. The tough was tough. But to be honest, I’m so grateful for the hardship. It’s made me a better nurse, business woman, friend, mom, partner, and Christian. In 2026, I’m learning to have patience an trust in the process, to pick my battles and know that not all will be won, make sure each person in my life know how valuable they are to me, and to give myself grace and forgiveness. Thank you 2025, for teaching me how to grow in every aspect.

From the bottom of my heart, I have to give thanks to the clients that have trusted me and stuck it out through FIVE location changes and renovations. It is my biggest honour to be a part of your lives. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to do what I love - if I could do it for free, I would!
