Throughout the year, Windsor Life Centre relies on our major fundraising events, generous sponsors and our Hope Alliance monthly donors to help make our work possible. But the work doesn’t stop between fundraisers.

Every day, women are living at Windsor Life Centre, rebuilding their lives and receiving the structure, support and community they need to move forward.

Today, we’re asking our community to help us bridge that gap between fundraisers with a one-time donation.

Windsor Life Centre is looking for a passionate and proactive Non-Profit Development Coordinator to join our team!

This role will support the growth of our organization through:

• Fundraising strategies, donor campaigns, and special events
• Donor, partner, and community relationship building
• Volunteer recruitment, training, and supervision
• Marketing, social media, and promotional initiatives
• Data collection, reporting, and administrative support
• Community outreach and stakeholder engagement
• Development projects in collaboration with leadership

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills who is passionate about making a difference in the community.
