In my experience, if the deeper Causes are not addressed, then the physical body cannot heal permanently. I am passionate about investigating these deeper root causes of our pain and cohost workshops with Kerry Lawson to teach people more about these principles. I have also created specific appointments for those who would like to dive in deeper, one on one.

The Wild Nest Market and I are teaming up this summer with some fun projects! Our first is called: Ask a Naturopath!

On July 15 and August 13, from 2pm - 5pm, I will be set up at the Wild Nest at 141 Water Street in Windsor, ready and willing to answer your natural medicine and health related questions. It's totally free!! No need to sign up, just mark your calendars and set a reminder to pop in on one of those afternoons to say hello, have a cup of tea, and fire away all of your burning questions... may they be about supplements, brands, natural health, medicine, nutrition, healthy recipes, or whatever else you might have on your mind.
