The numerology of this year - 2024 - is 8. We can arrive at that number in a couple of different ways. The first rule of numerology being that numbers greater than 11 are reduced.

2024 = 20 + 24 = 44 = 8 Numbers that are doubled are significant too. 44 means ‘conviction’. What you are convinced of is true. Your thoughts can lead you to prison or freedom!

2024 = 20 + [2 + 4] 6 = 26 = 8 26 is also a significant number. It means ‘double the karma’.

A cycle year that is an 8 for the world means we could see some power struggles (I’m sure you’re wondering the same thing as me, how many more power struggles??); it could be year where there is more money moving (you have more, you spend more); it’s a year for healing yourself and others.

Everyone has their own personal cycle year within the global cycle. This year, my cycle year is a 3. The 3 cycle is usually about nutrition, taking care of yourself, saying “yes”, socializing more, being creative and expressing hopeful optimism.

If you’re curious about your cycle year and ways that you can take advantage of this year for more personal, professional and spiritual growth, click the link in my bio to book a session with me. These types of sessions can be done over Zoom; just indicate that at the time of booking.

Hey there!

Wednesday is my birthday and I thought it would be really cool to open up my regular meditation class and give you the gift of meditation 🎁

If you’re in Windsor, let’s do this in person!

DATE: Wednesday November 29th

In addition to the weekly Wednesday evening Meditation Classes (drop-ins are always welcome), I’m offering a series of workshops that have as their foundation, muscle testing, or the ability to ask your body to show you what’s best by giving you a ‘yes’ or a ‘no’ answer.

The prerequisite for each one of these workshops is the Connecting with Your Spirit Pendulum Workshop.

If you took my Pendulum Workshop in the past and you need a refresher, you can attend at a reduced price. If there is sufficient interest, I will add more Pendulum Workshops so more people can take the follow up workshops.

You may want to consider gathering your own group and booking a private workshop at your location or mine. Evenings and weekends are available.

▫️Using a Pendulum To Connect with Your Spirit▫️

Your body is a container for your Spirit. Muscle testing, or applied kinesiology is a method for finding out what is best for you. It is based on the understanding that the body will always tell the truth. You can learn to communicate with your spirit or Higher Self by getting ‘yes’ and ‘no’ answers from your body.

In this workshop you will learn three different methods to get answers from your Higher Self or spirit.

▫️Muscle Testing
▫️Using a Pendulum
▫️Using your body as a pendulum (the sway test)

Your workshop registration includes a pendulum and the teachings on how to use it.

📅 October 21st from 1:30-3:00pm. Class size limited to 6 people.

❗️This workshop is a prerequisite for all other workshops.

Yesterday a woman in my neighborhood who also happens to attend my yoga classes asked if she and her partner could wash my car as they were practising acts of kindness.

Admittedly my first reaction was, no. It’s too much trouble, it’s not necessary (even though I hadn’t washed my car in 4 months), etc.

Then I did a rethink: I am all for karma yoga - acts of service without any thought of reward.

I had no reason to decline her offer, meaning, I wasn’t planning to drive my car, so it was available.

And, I wondered at the implications of declining her offer.

It was apparent that I was an essential part of this flow of goodness, of giving and receiving. Did I want to block that flow?

Heck no! More flow, please!

It is important to practice receiving gifts in a good way.

Additionally, I understood that by agreeing to have my car washed I was giving this couple the gift of working through their karma in a gentle way.

I hope someone offers to hold a door for you, wash your car, give you a compliment or a smile today.

And, I hope you receive it well and keep those good vibrations flowing.
