We are (finally) nearing the end of this construction journey. The road remains closed for a few more days while lines are being painted and should re-open shortly after - probably when the GHIB opens 😉
In the meantime Victoria Ave. Is still a two way and parking is available at the back of the building. The front door is now open and the sidewalks are ready for walking!

A little time away, a lot of magic made✨
Here are some important travel tips for your upcoming Summer vacations:
✈️ when safe, take time to stand/walk around during flights (and don’t forget your compression stockings when traveling! If you need some, ask us about this)

✈️ plan for extra time in your day for breaks/stretching (you’ll thank yourself by the end of the day)

✈️ avoid lifting and twisting as soon as you get off the plane (use the time waiting for baggage claim to walk around)

✈️ stay well hydrated, especially in the heat. Water minimally, electrolytes are even better when sweating profusely

✈️ dont forget to pack your and avoid accidentally using it as deordorant (you know who you are🙊)
