Get ready to STRETCH, SIP, SHAKE️!!!!

Join us for an awesome in-person event where you can unwind, move your body, and sip on some spectacular sangria from Mastronardi Winery. It’s all about good vibes, great company, and moving your body in ways that feel good. This ticketed event is one of a kind. The day begins with a somatically informed Pilates Sculpt class from Pilates by Ab (CPT) abby gorgerat | pilates instructor🇨🇦 and is followed by a sound bath by Alesha Buston Naturally Grounded| ASMR Reiki Sound Meditations •Windsor CK ON one session at 11:00am and one at 12:30pm, after class you can indulge in your goodie bag filled with surprises 🤫 and your sangria before the most fun part of the day! In the afternoon, Abby Sage🇨🇦 is teaching a community dance class where we learn simple steps, into a hustle that gets us into our bodies where we can then simply enjoy ourselves while sillygirlcarmen spins the music!

Vendors are tagged in the third photo, and to keep the event affordable and accessible I am offering three tiers of tickets!

super excited to join the team

I’ve been hearing amazing things about Cheri, her Pilates Teacher Training and her pedagogy for years. To be joining a studio where the owner is so highly educated and is PROPERLY certified is extremely important to me.

I am still just a baby in the Pilates industry but now that I have 3 years of teaching experience and 6 years of personal practice, I’m so proud to say I am finally done my Mat and Reformer training. I have been certified with Balanced Body for Mat Pilates for two years now. However now I choose the environments in which I teach. To protect my own peace and to also foster a healthy relationship with teaching. I’m so happy to be starting this new journey and I hope you come and join me!

Hi!! I’m not ashamed to admit that I’ve been struggling for the past year. I’m also not afraid to say that it’s not my fault. Even the most highly educated people I know are also struggling to find secure, stable employment in Canada.

Im looking for a professional job in Amherstburg, Windsor or Detroit! I’m looking for something full time with benefits! I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Wayne State University (May 2025) an OPT Work Visa and I am certified from Balanced Body (nationally accredited organization) to teach Mat and Reformer Pilates (May 2024). Pilates is for everyBODY. For young and old, any size, shape, colour, or race!

I have experience as a social media manager, Pilates instructor, dance instructor, professional dancer and choreographer, waitress and bartender, hostess, busser, dishwasher, cleaner, costume shop supervisor, stage manager, backstage hand, you name it, I’ve probably dipped my toe in it.

Lots of student debt so no, not looking for anything minimum wage because then I still can’t pay my bills.

I am a full time entrepreneur so as an independent contractor I make my own schedule!
