Join us on October 21 for "Sudden Death: Understanding the Grief that Follows," part of our Grieving Hearts seminar series. Led by Christine MacMillan, this session explores what makes sudden loss different, and how to regain your balance after the death of your loved one.

This workshop offers a safe and supportive space to honour that love, acknowledge your loss, and make room for your grief through art.

Together, we’ll create a suncatcher as a symbol of remembrance — reflecting the light of a little life that, however brief, continues to shine in the hearts of those who love them. ✨

Families First invites you to join us for a special Healing Hearts workshop: Sunlight & Remembrance, an evening dedicated to honouring the little ones who touched our hearts forever. 🤍
