Our grief is not asking to be healed. It's asking to be held. 🤍
We've been taught that grief is something to fix, push through, or leave behind. But grief isn't a problem to solve.
Grief is love. Love with nowhere left to go.
Maybe your grief doesn't need another solution today.
Maybe it just needs compassion.
A safe place to rest.
Someone, even yourself, to witness it. 🕯️
What if, instead of trying to heal your grief, you simply sat beside it?
Held it gently.
Let it breathe.
Because every tear, every ache, every moment of missing someone. That's not pain without purpose. That's love that never stopped. 💛
Your grief is not broken.
It is not a wound to close or a chapter to end.
It is sacred.
And it deserves to be held with the same tenderness as the love that created it. 🌿
