🍽️ January food roundup from stories 😘
Ouf, this month though. I guess that’s why they call it the Monday of the year😅
Between our furnace breaking down on the coldest weekend, having unwelcome household visitors🐭, starting my last (& arguably worst) uni semester of my Environmental Health degree, the bridesmaid dress I ordered suddenly being discontinued & unavailable, & several other mishaps 😬, what kept my body & mind both sane & energized was fueling myself with nourishing plant foods DAILY. 🙌🏼🌱
It’s incredible the difference good meals make on your mood, stamina, energy, focus, immunity, hormones, & even mindset (like remembering how lucky we are to have homes & lives full of events & learning).
That’s why as a nutritionist, I have a food-first approach that focuses on what you can add in to fill any nutritional gaps.
Getting you feeling confident at every meal is the first step.✨
Let’s get you optimally nourishing your body & mind too😘
I offer completely FREE Discovery Calls, which are secure video consults for us to get acquainted, get clear on your health goals, and see if we’re the right fit.
