Weak hip control can place more stress on the knees during walking, stairs, squatting, and exercise. Limited ankle mobility can also change how the knees move and absorb load.

That is why strength matters.

Soft tissue release can help, but there’s no “perfect” schedule that works for everyone.

Your activity level, stress, workload, and symptoms all play a role in how often you may need it.

Some people benefit from occasional maintenance sessions, while others only need treatment during flare-ups.

And if tension keeps coming back quickly, it may be a sign that the body needs more than just release work.

Strength, mobility, and movement habits matter too.

The goal is not to make you feel dependent on treatment. It’s to help you move better, feel better, and stay active with more confidence.
